Welcome to the official website of the Benjamin Tours company. It is a fully-licensed and well-experienced travel agency that offers its clients not only ready-made holiday packages, trips and tours but also custom-made services for more than 25 years.
Dear Karolina,
Thank you for being a great guide to your lovely city.
All good wishes for Sara and Benjamin for Christmas.
Yours, Jill and George Hogson (Christmas 2018)
Hi Karolina,
A pleasant if crowded flight and after a period of disorganization at US customs as we looked in vain for your blue flag and guidance...I believe everyone got home safely. Thank you again. We are universal in our admiration to you.
James Steinbach (9 May, 2017)
Hello Karolina,
I just wanted to say a big "thank you" for looking after us this last week, especially William at the airport. Much appreciated. ...
Take good care of yourself. I think you are much needed in your family.
Best wishes,
Anna Abel (December 2016)
Hi Karolina!
Hope you are doing well and that Croatia was a success for you!?
I come back to you only now after my tour, just to say thanks for being so available and lovely to work with. Apart from that my group and me enjoyed one of the very best walking tours with Simona on Jul 27th's afternoon. Simona was so knowledgeable, adjustive to our group and very warm and kind. It was a real pleasure meeting her, as well as I liked a lot to work with you.
With the best wishes from Vienna, I hope to see you once in person, being back in Prague, or please feel welcome (like I expressed it also to Simona) to approach me whenever you are up for a visit in Vienna! I'd be glad to (maybe) show you even something new here :-).
Warm regards,
Max (August 12, 2016)
Hi Karolina, I hope you had a wonderful trip in Italy. We had such a fabulous time in Prague and you were a very big part of that. You are very good at what you do and it is very impressive that you were able to capture the attention of 15 teenage boys and keep them interested in everything that you took us to see. They all loved you. I really enjoyed meeting you and getting to know you and hope that someday we will meet again. Thanks for showing us such a great time. Keep in touch. Fondly, Shawna Townsend (July 04, 2016)
Karolína,
Thank you so much for everything you did for us over this amazing tour! I truly enjoyed everything. You went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great tour! I hate I forgot to hug you goodbye, but I went through security before thinking about it. Hopefully this isn't goodbye but see you later. If I ever come back like I hope to, I will be sure to look you up! Thank you again!

Hello Karolina
You may remember me, Althea Morrison, from travelling with you during the week 4th - 11th April, from Prague, to Budapest, to Vienna and back to Prague! I was travelling with Val Neal. First of all I must apologise for not getting in touch sooner, but since I came home I have been ill with a dreadful cough and cold! It is clearing up now, thank goodness. I had intended to e-mail you as soon as we got home to thank you for making our holiday so special. Your knowledge and friendliness and good humour were wonderful and I doubt I would have enjoyed the holiday as much if you hadn’t been there. Please also thank Richard for his excellent driving throughout the week. It was lovely to sit back and relax knowing that we were in his careful hands. (April 21, 2016)
Karolina was outstanding! Informative, conscientious, tireless and always with a smile!
Karolina was the best tour guide I've ever had. She doesn't need to improve at all as I thought she was perfect. Lovely lovely lady.
Karolina was always extremely well organised and capable, friendly and approachable. I felt very safe, confident that she would be able to cope in any situation. I could not have asked for a more efficient and delightful tour manager. I cannot think of a single thing that would warrent any improvement.
She couldn't she was exceptional, best ever.
Karolina was an excellent Tour Manager - very friendly, professional, kind, happy - she could not be improved!!
Karolina really is super and a delightful leader. I am grateful that we had her services for this tour. (April 14, 2016)
Hi Karolina!! Just to say hi and hope you have had a good week? We are fine and have managed to unpack and get the washing done. Have you been working this week? Thank you for all you did last week - the trip was so enjoyable, you take care, best wishes Tony and Linda Spiers (April 15, 2016)
‘Brilliant trip to Prague Budapest & Vienna thanks to our tour manager Karolina Zadrazilova. She is a lovely lady who looked after us well and made sure everything ran like clockwork. We hope to meet her again someday. Thanks also to our driver Richard who was amazing - some of the tightest places and he managed to squeeze our coach in with no problem’ (October 28, 2015)
Hello Karolina,
Thank you for all your help while we while we were staying at the President Hotel ,you worked very hard to make sure our stay was a happy one.
I have never been to Prague before but it is a beautiful City and I hope to return next yearwith Newmarket on the visit to Prague and Vienna, hope to see youthen.
Kind regards
Ann Sykes (May 15, 2015)
Dear Karolina,
We would like to thank you for making our Newmarket holiday so enjoyable.
Our knowledge of middle Europe is rather limited but you gave us an insight
into its history and we now understand a lot more of its chequered past.
Once again many thanks and perhaps we will meet again one day.
Kindest regards Andrea and Philip Stone (May 03, 2015)
We have recently returned from a trip to Prague/ Budapest commencing 16 March.
I have to commend your guide, Karolina, she works really hard, has all the answers and made sure everything ran to time. I don't know if she influenced the weather, but we had 8 days of cloudless skies; incredible, but makes a walking tour much more enjoyable.
Regards,
Geoff Wall (April 01, 2015)
Dear Karolina,
Thank you once again, Karolina, for your care and consideration shown to our holiday group, as well as for your stimulating and insightful commentaries. Much appreciated! It was also nice to have more of a chat this afternoon at the airport.
Now I shall get some much needed rest, but I’m sure wonderful and magical thoughts of Prague, Budapest and Vienna will continue to bubble up in my mind in the weeks and months ahead.
All the best for the rest of this week and for the week beginning the 30th March……
Best wishes,
Love,
John (March 23, 2015)
Hi Karolina,
Just to let you know that we all arrived back in Edinburgh safely and said our goodbyes at the luggage roundabout. The last I heard was Ken's voice telling somebody which way it was to the car park.
I would like to thank you once again for all the hard work and time you put into making our wonderful so wonderful. It must have been difficult with all the flooding.
If you ever venture back to Scotland Harry and I would love to share some of our lovely country with you as you did yours, so please feel free to get in touch. You would be very welcome.
Thanks again and enjoy the rest of the summer.
Cheers,
Sheena Graham. X (September 29, 2014)
Dear Karolina, we have arrived home safely after a fantastic trip to your beautiful city and you certainly put us on the right track for our second day. We managed to see the Jewish quarter and castle by around 2 O'clock which gave us time to wander around the Little quarter and find the terraced gardens from the bottom (as we missed the entrance from the top). They were amazing and we were almost the only ones there! we then walked across the Charles Bridge and found the Venice Prague boats which were also interesting as they take you on the little canal and showed us some old black and white photographs of historical events like the floods of 2002 and Starlins monument being blown up. We found the Empty Head as you know but missed out on the ghost trip and Image as we ran out of steam......so we will have to return.
The orient Express was another world and we came to earth with a bump when we came back to the UK with engineering works on our route home and had to catch the grottiest train imaginable! Nothing like a reality check!
It was lovely to meet you and if you are travelling through Norfolk on your way to Boston you are very welcome to come and see the sites.
Best wishes,
Giselle and Will (2014)
P.S The concert was incredible and first class. We sat down with 30 seconds to spare because you have to hand your coat in and we had no idea where we were going. Whilst I was waiting for Will, I got a dirty look from the finance minister presumably because I was not looking my best. It made me chuckle!
Hello Karolina,
Just a note to say thank you for your efforts and knowledge during the recent NM tour of Prague, Budapest and Vienna. We decided to stay in the middle of Prague the last day/evening so that we made the most of the city!
We enjoyed our tour, but think that New Market made it difficult for you because of hotel choices etc.
So thank you very much for your support and positive attitude, even when dealing with difficult situations,.... Wish you well in the future and you did your home city of Prague proud.
If we are asked for a review we will give yourself and the bus driver very high marks, but the tour hotel choices average marks.
Best Regards

Hi Karolina,
We received the two CDs you sent. Thank you so much and we’ll be seeing the Tumas soon to give them their copy. We appreciate having the music we enjoyed with you on the trip.
Saw Cassie at our farmer’s market yesterday and we reminisced about the trip. Still beaming with joy at our wonderful 10 days with you and George.

Hey wonderful guide!
I am sending you peanut butter and want to make sure I send it to correct address. Please let me know where you'd like it to be sent.
Have been wondering if you are having more trouble with the hernia and if you have had it checked out. I'm sure it is still your busy season, though. As for us, it continues to be the busiest summer ever, leading up to the birth of our 5th grandchild in November. It will be great holding an infant again!
Regards to your parents. Hugs for your kids. Kisses for you!

Hello Karolina! Just wanted to thank you again for taking such good care of my group! We all loved you! I pray God will continue to Bless you and your precious family always! I am saying extra prayers for your mother!!!!! Hey Karolina, just wanted to send you a note to tell you how much I enjoyed my trip. You were absolutely wonderful!
You made everything so enjoyable with your extended knowledge and fantastic presentation of the history of all the
different places and things that we were able to see. I am hoping maybe we will get to make a trip to your area of the
world. I would recommend you for the job anytime. Your sense of humor was tremendous! I am guilty sometimes
of too much humor but I love having fun and making people laugh.
Again, Thank You so much for a wonderful excursion across Italy and Switzerland. You are a beautiful Lady and I hope you always have great success. If you ever come to the US we would be happy to show you around our state of Tennessee. I also have a lot of good pictures. Thanks for your friendship...
Keep On Smiling,
Jim Watson (2013)
Good morning dear friend! We have walked another 1,000 miles already as everything is still "just around the corner." Michael needs a rest today so we will only walk ten miles :) but Paris offers so much to see.
We are happy that you returned safely home to your family; keep us informed of your latest adventures. I still can see your smiling face!

My dear dear Karolina,
Yvonne and I want to say a BIG thank you for a wonderful tour - first we have ever taken and if you were always there, we would probably take more!! An enormous thank you for your help re my struggles with airports - I was treated like a lady and the man at Prague was a star, appeared again to take our hand luggage through AND got us priority to the plane, where they gave us 1st class seats to save me walking the length of the plane, far more that I expected! Good old Easyjet. My Computer is being difficult - a bit like me - but will get through to them to say thanks. Hope your next tour is good and no difficult passengers - if you get my drift! Many, many thanks for your delightful company.
Love, Sheila (2013)

Hello to you!
I have missed hearing your sweet voice every day instructing us on where to go, why we are there, and so many fun facts about every place – it was sooooo great! I am getting my photos together for our big meeting on Monday evening, July 22nd, at 6:00. We will do a home concert for the parents and friends. Wish you could be here!!!!!! Carter and I are talking about our next trip for 2015. To Italy, of course!! We will be in touch!
Bless you tons!

Dear Karolina,
Many thanks for a wonderful study tour, we all enjoyed it very much. The students send their thanks, they have all gone home very happy.
Please also send our thanks to Peter for all his help.
We will start discussing the next study tour with the new intake of students when they start in mid- September. In the meantime take care.
All the best

Dear Karolina,
You made our stay in Prague truly memorable, and the entire trip went smoothly thanks to you. Everything was beautifully taken care of, and you were wonderful in your accommodating Emily and the needs of the group. Jeff and I are very grateful to you, and we’re looking forward to working with you about 2014.
All best wishes, and thanks again!

Hi Karolina,
I just wanted to send along a quick note to say thank you again for a great experience in Prague. The afternoon with you really set us up well for the remainder of our time there. We think you live in a magnificent country and city; and I expect we'll both be back with a lot more people soon.
Kind regards,

Dear Karolina,
Now we are back in Australia, and have got over our jet-lag and caught up with all the things that needed our immediate attention!
Thank you very much for our very special tour of the synagogues of Prague, which was very memorable.
We enjoyed all of our trip, and your expertise was very much appreciated. It was interesting and informative. We got some photos of the cemetery, so if you want copies let me know.
Here are a couple of photos of the tour with you.
All the best,
Barbara Engel Cuckson (August 16, 2011)
Dear Karolina,
Jenny and I wish to thank you again for making our visit to your lovely city so interesting, educational and memorable. We enjoyed the whole 7 weeks trip but our visit to Prague was one of the great highlights. Please thank Andrew for his help during our visit.
We are well and have recovered from the jet lag caused by our long trip home. However, it has been and still is wet and very cold here in Sydney and we are finding that difficult to adjust to.
We wish you every success in your business and your family life and look forward to seeing you when you come to Australia.
Kindest regards to you all,
Vincent & Jenny Delany (August 11, 2011)
Dear Karolina,
I am so sorry that we did not have any chance to say good bye. I am so blessed to have met such a wonderful person called Karolina!
Thank you for all your help and being so patient with me. You did an amazing job and I know without you this tour would not have turned out so great.
I just heard the highest praise about you! Everybody loved you!!!
Tell Thomas I said Hi, the Dolce Vita group loved him, all had a great time with him on the bus.
We will keep in touch, my dear! I am soooo tired. We hit a bar yesterday night and had a beer, got to bed by 12.30 am and back up by 4 am. My next email will be better, I promise ;-)
Big hug from Charlotte.
Ellen (April 12, 2011)
Dear Karolina,
I like to thank you for being so nice with me. Knowing you was a very pleasant experience you are one of the kind.
Your city is a beautiful city and I would like to go to visit with my family. Prague is a place you have to visit with your love ones and enjoy this romantic city in their company.
I hope to see you in a near future. Thank you again for your kindness.
Sincerely
Beatriz Ponton (February 28, 2011)
Dear Karolina,
You have new fans! Debbie told me that they said over and over and over that the trip was wonderful thanks to you. Even the ladies who had been before said that your guidance provided a whole new experience for them.
How could they not love you, right? Thanks so much; I hear you had tours already booked. You must have really worked hard for those days.
I don't know if I'll get back to Prague or not. I really want to retire in 3 more years, so I'm trying not to spend money on trips I've already taken. I would love to see you, though!
I'm at school, so I'll write more later.
Thanks so much,
Mary Jo (February 24, 2011)
Dear Karolina,
Just a further line to say thank you for being such a knowledgeable and wonderful guide. I thought my wife and I had spotted a good one when you took us to Terezin and we were correct. As we say in England: "It's not what you know it's who you know!"
I had a very nice last morning in Prague. To walk off all the dumplings, (!) I walked back up to the Castle (and back) and went to see that temporary exhibition on WW1 photographs. It was really good and well worth 80k. Having been to Budapest and Prague in quick succession I have become more interested in the Austro-Hungarian Army of that period. I'm sure you won't have time to see it but at least you can recommend it to anyone who asks about it.
I checked my notes and I discovered that Holts last went to Prague in 2006! I hope they go again before 2017! If they do, and I shall certainly be recommending it, I think I might suggest a free afternoon on the Sunday and visit Lidice on the last morning en route to the airport. Apparently quite a few shops such as the Kubista, below the famous coffee shop, are closed on Monday. Looking at the Lidice website it says the museum is open every day.
Please keep in touch. If you ever come to England let us know and we might be able to meet up.
With every best wish
Peter (August 16, 2011)
Hi Karolina, just a quick Email to say thank you again for a very enjoyable holiday which was made so much better by your very hard work and professionalism. Thank you again.

Hello Karolina,
I just wanted to send a quick email to say thank you so much for making my holiday to Prague, Vienna and Budapest a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. Your knowledge, organisation and good humour really made all the difference. It already seems like a long time ago but I know I will always have some great memories of the trip.
Thank you once again.
Jon (2011)
Thanks again for all of your help with the hotel and guide in Prague! We certainly were so lucky to find you. The hotel was in a perfect location and was lovely. We enjoyed the small size; it was nice to come into a quiet respite after being in the crowded streets. But the high-light of our trip was our guide, Karolina Zadrazilova. From the minute she met us she answered all of our non-stop questions and was never stumped. Her broad range of knowledge in art, architecture and history was astonishing. Not only did we have a great guide but we also made a new friend.
We actually didn't get a chance to try the restaurants you suggested but were pleased to discover restaurants in the "passages" as suggested by Karolina. We would have never even known they existed. And we laughed when one of our waiters pointed out that the beer was cheaper than water - so we had another beer.
Again, we so appreciate your time and knowledge.
Kate Morris (2011)
Hi Karolina,
It is a long time, how are you and Benjamine, your brother and all the family ??? I hope all is fine.
I Am sorry that I did not write to you after coming back from Prague I was very busy, but I will never forget the nice few days in your country and hopefully next time I will be visiting Slovakia as well. Last week I was in Istanbul , Eskisehir and Izmir in Turkey in a business trip.
I keep telling my friends about your country and the good service of your company and I will certainly send you some groups from my side.
I will try to attach some photos for you with your nice smile.
Please take care of yourself Benjamine and your company.
With my best wishes Karolina.
Kind regards

Ciao Karolina!
We had such a great time with you yesterday on so many levels. We spent the evening going over all the wonders you showed us and trying to remember all the details. The trip inside St Vitus (to pray!) was the highlight for me.
Today we plan to see the Mucha museum and to walk into Little Venice as well-- and maybe take the tram to the pivovar if Keri is up to it.
After our tour yesterdau Keri revived with a cup of tea and a nap while I popped into one of the pubs on our street for a beer and a look around.
Thank you so much for being so kind and generous towards us. I've already sent Katka a note giving her good news about our day. I plan to stay in touch and to tell our friends about what a great time we had with you and to recommend your service.
Until then, best wished to you, little Ben, Mama and your "fierce" Father.
Cheers,
Sasha (2011)
Dear Karolina,
This is a very belated, but no less sincere, thank you for taking time to show my mom and me the Jewish quarter last month. We both thoroughly enjoyed your company and appreciated your extensive knowledge. Should the opportunity arise I hope to be able to recommend you to others.
Good luck with your new travel business.
Warmly,
Lori Robinson (November 17, 2010)
Hello Karolina
We all arrived safely home on Saturday and still recoverying from tiredness and the virus but apart from that having wonderful memories of our fantastic trip of Europe. Our group really loved Prague and have said it was a highlight of the whole trip, just a beautiful city and lovely people. Our stay would not have been as enjoyable without your great assistance and excellent guiding which was appreciated by all our group. My first impressions of you was a professional and dediacted team and I will be passing this onto Scenic Management in Australia and hopefully they will advise your operations manager.
Will you please pass on our best regards to Andre and your father.

Just thought I would touch base with you and send you this picture. We paid all that money and then had to sit with the bloody crew!!!! Just joking!!!! The captain was a lovely guy.
I want to thank you for being such a good guide, we leant so much about Prague and enjoyed our time there with you very much. The rest of the trip was wonderful and we would recommend it to anyone.

Dear Karolina,
My wife and I have now returned to Australia and we would like to say a very big thank you for giving us such a wonderful time for the three days we spent in Prague
prior to our Scenic Cruise which sailed from Budapest on the 9th August.
Starting a tour such as this was an unknown factor as far as we were concerned but you were an excellent ambassador for Scenic and we could not have asked for better
service than we received from you in Prague.
From the very first greeting you gave us at the hotel in Prague, the guided tours you took us on, and your meticulous attention you paid to the many aspects of us as
tourists to your city was without precedent.
Even to the very last day when you accompanied us right through to Budapest and onto the "Scenic Emerald" you were absolutely marvellous and a credit to an
organisation such as Scenic.
Once again many many thanks for making our stay in Prague a memorable experience
Kindest regards,
Alan McLean (September 16, 2010)

Hi Karolina,
What a pleasure it is to hear from you! The picture of Benjamin is priceless; don't blink, because ever so quickly they will be grown and off to their own grown-up adventures. My own little boy is about to turn 24 in a month or so; I can hardly believe how quickly the time has slipped by.
My friends and I enjoyed you tremendously, and also your beautiful city. Engaging you to show it to us was one of the best things we did on this trip. All three of us wished you had been available to an evening with dinner and some more casual time. But, sadly for us and happily for you, other people were anxious to have your company! Truly you are a delight, and it shows that you love what you do.
We spent some of the next day in the Jewish section, picking up a walking tour and traveling by ourselves. We learned a great deal, and found a fabulous hole-in-the-wall type of restaurant...not touristy at all...and spent some time again on the bridge. Wish you could have been with us.
On the flight home, Sherry became ill with food poisoning. What an inauspicious ending to our adventure!
You are a delight, Karolina, and I would love to be in touch with you!
Fondly,
Bonnie (April 8, 2010)
Karolina,
We REALLY enjoyed meeting you today, and we could not have been more thrilled with our tour. You are the best!! Do you know anyone of your caliber in Vienna that we could call for a great tour when we arrive there? Also, anyone in Paris?
Thank you again!!

THANK YOU!!!! You are a blessing! Yes, I loved the Czech Republic. I could have spent WEEKS there! I so enjoyed the concert, as well!

Dear Karolina,
My husband and I were on a Scenic Tours extension in Prague the week before last and I wanted to take the time to thank you for all the effort you put into looking after our group. You would have been one of the best, if not the best tour guide we had in the month we travelled and your enthusiasm and honesty for your home city was refreshing and made it so much more interesting for us as first time visitors. Our time was so positive and enjoyable that we hope to return one day and we will be looking for your services as a guide again and most certainly will be recommending you to anyone else who we know may be travelling to Prague.
Kindest Regards,

Dear sweet Karolina, so many happy memories I have of you and your country; if I had the opportunity to come and visit again, I would. I don’t know very much about my background, only that my father was “European”, but I felt a strong affinity with the cultural, spiritual and demeanour of your countrymen. My mother received the icon, and Charlie cried when mum took it to him. I will try to find out where he came from and let you know. How lovely was your little boy and your dear parents and your friend, whose name I have forgotten. We have started back at school yesterday; Geoff came down to say hello as he is teaching Maths at the school. Pauline and Lindsay only got back on Saturday, so they are quite tired. Ingrid emailed me today, so I will go and have a coffee with her, as her surgery is very near my house. I decided last week to get a treadmill, as all the walking we did on the tour has inspired me , and as I spend many hours sitting at the piano, I need to get more exercise. Up until now, I have done ½ hour each day, about 3 kilometers. I hope it will last. I had both my grandchildren at different times last week for sleepovers; they live an hour away from me,so I don’t get to see them all that often. Lily is 4, and will be at school next year, and Oliver is 6 and in Year 1. I am not very good at computer skills, but will ask my colleagues to help me send some photos to you. I don’t have much time to write any more today, so hope you receive this email, and that you are happy and well, love from Julia

Prague Guide (Karolina) –Once again this lady could not do enough for the company.
She took great care of everyone, including a couple who had lost their luggage on the way to the airport.
It somehow, fell from the transport (Not Scenic) and cabin baggage & luggage were gone.
Karolina tracked it down and 3 days after returning home, the luggage turned up. (June 23, 2009)
Thanks again for all your care and
consideration and seemingly effortless time that u put into not just us but

Dear Karolina,
Thank you so much for all your knowledge and help during our recent visit to
Prague. My name is John Foley and I was part of a group of Irish Famers whom
you escorted around the city on October 2nd this year. We thoroughly enjoyed
our visit. This is a brief message to wish you and your family a very happy
Christmas and a happy New Year. You were an excellent guide during our visit
to Prague,
Best wishes for a prosperopus New Year,
John Foley (Jan.01, 2009)
Dear Karolina,
Thanks so much for all of the below information, it`s great to hear how well everything is going. Arthur also speaks extremely highly about yourself and I know that he loves working with you. I was speaking to some passengers on the ms Emerald over the weekend who had been in Prague before the cruise with Misa and they spoke extremely highly of her, they told me how lovely she is and what good care she took of them which is also great to hear!
I will take note to update the tipping list for the next tour, thanks for letting me know!
Best Regards and I hope that it is also a bit cooler in Prague today as it is in Switzerland!

Dear Karolina,
We have been home for about 8 weeks and I have been trying for several weeks to e-mail you without success. We wanted to thank you for the fabulous time you gave us all when we visited your lovely country.Your knowledge of your country, and generally the places to which you took us were unbelievable. It was the hilight of our trip.
After the heat in Europe we arrived home to very cold weather. Now we are moving into warmer weather and it will not be long before the really hot weather arrives.Unfortunately this part of the country has been in drought for over 7years and there is a great shortage of water. We have been forced to install water tanks to collect water off our rooves. The government subsidises part of the cost. We now have 8,500 litres in storage.
No doubt you are well into autumn and it will be becoming much colder and before long you will have a lot
of snow.
Do not forget that if ever you come down to this part of the world the invitation still stands, you will have accomodation either with ourselves or the Knights. We do hope that some day you will be able to take advantage of this.Once again our thanks for all you did.
All our love,
Bruce & Sally Altson (October 14, 2008)
Dear Karolina,
I am just writing to thank you for all that you did to make our time in Prague so enjoyable. You did far more than we could have expected , and made so much possible for us.
Thank you especially for the arrangements for our transfer to the airport. They all worked very well. There was a very nice man waiting to help us at the airport and everything worked very well. We were able to check the luggage right through to Brisbane , and were not charged any excess for the Economy flight to Frankfurt , in spite of being 13 kg overweight !
Peter also asked me to thank your father again for the most enjoyable morning he spent with him in Prague. Your father is so very knowledgeable and Peter not only enjoyed his company , but learnt so much about your country that he did not know before. He would like to have spent more time with him.
It was lovely meeting you , and I hope we will be able to stay in touch.
Kindest regards to you and your family.

Karolina Zadrazilova organised a study tour for thirty agriculture students plus staff from this college to the Czech Republic in spring 2007. In spring 2008 Karolina organised another tour for us, this time to Slovakia.
These tours were exceptionally well organised. The visits were varied, interesting and very educational for staff as well as students. Hotel accommodation was very good as were travel arrangements. Karolina will be arranging a further tour for us in spring 2009.
In addition to the organisational aspects of the tours, Karolina always researches the sites visited and is able to answer questions put by students. Karolina is also very good at managing and organising young students.

Hello to my dear friend Carolina,
Thank you for all your kind help over the recent holiday, and for ensuring noone was overlooked (or lost)... Thank you so much for organising skills (and ability to keep a cool head under fire).
Your pal,

It is Catalina Fernandez Garcia from London. Just to say Thank you again for a wonderful holiday.
...a very good group and even a better tour guide, don't change, you are worth a lot as a person and as a guide. Maybe one day we will return to Prague and Budapest. We liked it a lot.
Greetings from London. We continue with sunshine, something extraordinary for us.

Hi Karolina,
It's Liz from your MVP tour. Thank you so much for the amazing experience you provided to my family and me. I enjoyed my time with Sara and Ben. Please, tell them hello! I hope you were able to spend time with them before your next tour.
Thanks for everything.
Liz (July 2019)
Karolina,
My sincere thanks for all your help on this recent trip. Everyone at MVP said previously how good you were, but you were even better than they said. It was a pleasure meeting and working with you, and I hope we will see each other again. You have an open invitation to stay at our home (with or without your children) any time you want to visit.
I hope you had a chance to rest and recharge, and good luck with your kids and school for them.
My best wishes,
Bob

Karolina,
I heard from my clients and they thoroughly enjoyed their tour. They told me you were going to take the ladies shopping. I appreciate you showing them that great jewellery store.
I wish I had known about your brother's business. I could have used him for this group. I will definitely be in touch when I have clients heading for Prague to help with tour and transfers.
Thanks again. Enjoy your summer.

I turned 50 on Sunday, June 23 once we got back to the States. Part of my celebration was eating dinner at my folks'place, which gave me the opportunity to give them their souvenirs from Prague. They loved them!
Thank you for making our trip to Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic so educational and entertaining. I learned so much from you and I simply adored your company and your sense of humor. You are my kind of people.
If you ever to come to Nashville, Tennessee (Music City USA) you have a place to stay - my folks' place. Trust me, you wouldn't want to stay at my place - way too many animals.
I will definitely recommend to you to anyone in a need of a tour guide. You are incredible at what you do.
Take care.
Much love,
Brenda (and Mary)

Dear Karolina,
I am thinking you have finished your trip with the choir from New Mexico and are guiding the one-on-one man now. I hope you are having fun...
What a spectacular trip we had to Budapest and Prague. Your country is uniquely beautiful and YOU are a National Treasure! I do believe you are the most energetic, most historically-knowledgeable, most linguistically-inteligent woman I have ever met! I have been on many trips with choirs and have had quite a few tour guides. You win the prize! I have never seen anyone work so hard - you helped serve every meal we ate, you walked and walked and walked with us wherever we needed or wanted to go, you patiently answered all our questions, you helped us with our money! You seemed to be able to accommodate everyone's needs - special transportation, special diets, schedules - and you were so nice about it! ...You not only seemed glad to be with us, you even learned our names! You obviously enjoy people, which is one of the reasons you are so well-suited to the job you have and the business you are launching. You made us feel very welcome in your country (and I never saw you roll your eyes at any of our "Americanisms" - you have very nice manners)...
I enjoyed all the stories you shared with us about your parents and the years of growing up in communism, then the freedom you enjoyed since 1989. I learnt a lot, but there is so much still that I don't know. The history of your country is fascinating, and you gave it a perosnal face that I will always associate with my memories of Budapest and Prague.
...Thanks again for everyting.

Hello Karolina,
I was looking up a name Karolina and came across your name. I thought about you and the great tour guide you were for Greeley Chorale almost two years ago. Did you get to the US with your family? If not, that invitation still exists for you. Evelyn and I now winter in warm Phoenix Arizona and summers in Estates Park. You are welcome at either or both. We have both officially retired and adjusting to non-routine days. How has the tour business been? Drop me a note if you have a chance.

Hi Karolina,
I wanted to let you know...how much I so enjoyed hearing from you, your briliant sharing with us all of so much valuable information, stories, and your impresions of our amazing times with you during the wonderful trip we made through Europe just now.
On a personal note...again I thank you for the dance I had with you on the New Year's Eve in Prague, such fun.
How nice for me to feel a respectful connection with you. You are such a light and joy to people - what a talent!
Yours truly,

John and I often talk about the wonderful time we had with you in Prague. You are such an amazing woman in that you are an expert on so many things...history, culture, architecture, politics, sociology. Would love to come back some time and see more of your beautiful country with you as our guide.
